In theory RS has no effect on shareholder wealth. However, with a 71 million float the institutions will not be able to particapte. Not enough liquidity. I've seen it happen several times. Look how easily the price moves with 711 million OS. I can't imagine how volatile this will get with a tiny float after RS. The RS will actually make the stock price less stable not more. All this discussion of RS is counter-productive. This will be my last post on it.
