In addition, the last 8K filing did not disclose the terms of their compensation either. There are posters who put their entire faith in the accuracy of the filings. I am not one of them. All these filings are simply of the "to be continued " variety. The next one that comes along will explain what the last one chose to ignore

What interests me at the moment is the website blackout with all of the current individual participants we have. RXPC, Dennis Charter, AMDL, Inc., AMDL Diagnostics, Mr. Brown, on and on- Everyone's website is either down or under construction.

You won't find that explained in a 8k.
