They have until midnight. But yes, missed filing means they're no longer current information. No real ramifications other than the obvious (and they'd need to get another attorney letter).

I'd personally be shocked. Makes me wonder what short-term goal they were after if they only needed to be current information for a month.

Check my other post on filings dates - apparently I'm crazy in the head? I thought they had 45 days, not 75, to make the updates.
