The bottom being in and the board being spammed by promoters is not quite the same thing. Promoters will probably make a bottom but it will be very temporary. The bottom after they have talked the newbies into buying will be brutal. I was not expecting the promoters until after the Ruby raise completion and before the spin out PR.
I will be glad to use their efforts to make a bit more of a gain though
