no way rosneft could not buy in if they wanted to..russia is part of bric..all poison pill does is protect entrenched mgt...removal is good for shareholders..reverse split also good idea...opens up stock to buyers precluded from under $1.00...HRT has never been more hated than now..buy signal in my opinion..backed up the truck for 100,000 shares
