I was expecting it to start around the 18th. I was off by a week. The Q will tell the tale. If this software is ready as per the LOIs it should be capitalized by now, not expensed. If there is no capitalized software assets listed, then... Thing is, they have not listed software expenses, so where is all the money going. That has been my issue with this stock.
You cannot capitalize development expenses if they do not exist.
