Docrew,

According to the the exhibit schedule, Delaware patent trial is 20 months away, and the conduct phase a year later, November 2008, assuming all goes well without any further delays. So, if Judge Jordan does not transfer the case to Judge Whyte, this litigation will be going on eight years since the complaint was filed by Micron before the initial trial phases are complete. Imagine this is just jim dandy with Micron, but not so much with Rambus. Interested in what others think.

Just my opinion.
