There is another way at looking at this...the new provisions would allow goldman or another deep pocket investor to buy more than 20% of the outstanding shares without having to make a public tender offer for the remaining shares,,this could actually bring in more large investors...I like the reverse split and the rule changes...nothing could be worse than the way hrt is structured now
