As for..im curious, because i have heard what has been going on for over th epast 2 years but the share price tells a different story.
I beg to differ the PPS does, "tell the story". The story goes like this...due process and until this is done/exhausted in my eyes the PPS is in the ballpark.
Due process-A fundamental, constitutional guarantee that all legal proceedings will be fair and that one will be given notice of the proceedings and an opportunity to be heard before the government acts to take away one's life, liberty, or property. Also, a constitutional guarantee that a law shall not be unreasonable,
As for..the salary they earn is enough to hold off and not sell into every spike, every time
Let me say this in another way...A person works at a company and earns a wage. At the end of the year said person expects to get a pay raise but this year the company says..."the salary you earn is enough, so you get no raise you should off and not sell/EXPECT into every spike/YEAR".
