Same reason K progress hasn't influenced share price, retail doesn't know about CTIX (except for the minute few on this board and others like it)and even if they did they don't have the money to make a real difference and the institutional boys feel the risk is still too high for them to take a chance on making a big mistake. They can get in after all the risk is gone with the trials and still make a killing. Many retail investors here, me included, feel one day CTIX will be a life changer for us. For institutions, it is just another play and they only want their piece of the pie since they have lots of pies from which to eat while we have only one or two in a lifetime, if we are lucky.
I got out of CTIX last Sept to put my money to work in other investments I thought would come to fruition in 2014. I feel they will and at the end of the year I hope to put more into CTIX than I ever believed I would be able to invest. At that time risk in CTIX should be minimal compared to now (as all 3 products in trials should have been proven successful to a far greater degree than today)and I will have lost little as I don't see CTIX being above possibly $20 by then. If so, I will have made a great decision. If CTIX goes crazy by end of the year, I made a colossal mistake as I had shares in the six figures. I am basically thinking like an institutional investor in CTIX IMO and I just feel there is time before CTIX really starts to move.
When it does move, it should be spectacular.
