So, VDK1.0/1.9 was purchased by TMMI in 1993 and paid in full, also, so how can DFMI transfer this technology to DFMI without the approval of TMMI back in 2002 ??? even DFI and DFMI merged in 2002 ? Because this technology belonged to TMMI which was purchased from ISI in March 1993 and paid in full ? So, the legal documentation does not matter, because the TMMI codec was stolen, even the merger did not give you a ticket to transfer that technology to DFMI without TMMI's approval , because that technology belonged to TMMI, not DFI
