So, what is the purpose to merge DFI with DFMI in the first place ? DFMI started in 2000 and had nothing in 2002, why DFI would like to merge with DFMI ? How can DFMI sign a license agreement with ISI while at that time DFMI had nothing like a shell ? If Tom Simpson has signed the paper, then where is the legal documentation to prove it ?

No, DFMI was created in May 2000, not 2002. It was created by DFI President Simpson, not Panik. That's not true!!.Dr. Panik is a founding member of DFMI, and he continues to maintain his active role serving on the Board of Directors since 2000. Now before May which you claim Larry Panik wrote this on his profile for DFMI: April 25, 2000, there was a meeting in New York with Mr. Gary Singer (a Preferred Creditor of TMM), Dr. Larry Panik, and Mr. Joe Stratter of DFI.
...SO who was Larry Panik representing DFMI?. This was before May so maybe you can spin it as he was TMM ,but Gary Springer was representing TMM okay how about DFI, no that would of been Larry Panik's good friend Joe Stratter.
