No lax I said nothing of the kind. Jay kept saying Panik was Dfmi President, which he never was. Panik was in DFI back in 1999-2000 and like 100% of the other DFI shareholders he was moved to DFMI in 2000 (leaving DFI with no assets and no shareholders) and became a board member of DFMI for a few months, then resigned but remained a shareholder. A few years later he became Chairman of the Board at DFMI until sometime in 2007. The story hasn't changed, write it down and hang onto it. Or visit the court house in Vegas where HUNDREDS of documents verify every word I have posted here at any time.
