The Dimension's CEO used to be the chairman of DFI, However, after talking to Tom Simpson, he suddenly resigned from DFI , and joined DFMI became the chairman. Later , He tried to merge DFMI with DFI with the reason that DFI cant not issue cooperate shares to ISI, but only DFMI can, however he can not provide legal documentation to prove that the merger really legally happened.
Now , Frackedup claimed that DFI never own the technology from ISI, my question is if DFI never own the technology from DFI, then why DFMI tried to merge DFI ? the original reason that DFI and DFMI merged is DFI and ISI had a contract agreement, but DFI can not issue cooperation shares to ISI so that ISI will own 5% of DFI, so if DFI and DFMI merged, the DFMI can issue the cooperation shares to ISI so that ISI will own 5% of the merged DFI and DFMI , then the contract deal between DFI and ISI is done . So, the plan is for DFMI to get the technology of ISI through DFI, because DFI had a contract agreement with ISI . Once the merged DFI and DFMI own the ISI technology, the merged DFI and DFMI was foreclosed and the ISI technology was seized by the chairman and the chairman used the seized technology started another company called Dimension. The question if DFI and DFMI did not merge, then how did Dimension get ISI's technology ?
