Things that make you go hmmm.. The part about the past management sure looks to have done what I point out, and a fellow Qasp-er pointed out a very clear scenario to support my view of thinking. I would think that if I am even half way correct, which is highly likely that I am far over that, the IRS would be looking at it closely. Hmmm? lol
