Stocks are our gravy train. If you remove the element of free people participating in these type discussions, things are easier to manage
Sorry, I am kinda thick. I thought that membership fees are your gravy train. If you get free people to participate in stock talk only and that is the primary emphasis of iHub, how do you win other than ad revenue which I thought was minimal compared to membership fees? I would have thought (obviously incorrectly) that the reason for the payment of a premium subscription was for the additional features such as the PM feature and not for where a particular board was located. Should not the benefit of membership be the value added features and NOT the distinction of the location of a message board? That is like saying, if you want to pay, you can goof off on non stock related boards but if you are a serious investor you can post for free on stock related boards where emotions can run wild. Also, are not the ADMIN issues mainly on the stock related boards vs the non stock boards (the NOLIB board notwithstanding)?
As for Cassandra, I suggest that you ask her why she joined as I suspect it was more for the PM feature & other value added features than for the off topic boards which, at the time, were in the FREE ZONE I might add.
