doing some research on who the company is that this transaction was for. Not even remotely suggesting there is any connection with them and this shell, I'm sure not. As this company is so huge, they could easily do an IPO any day, the traditional path if they wanted.

all I'm trying to determine, if he's in the reverse merger space as the resume states, and Whitemark already has noted in their filings they've been wanting to do a merger, what level of client does he deal with.
I think we can expect to see a RM here, and it will not be with a scammy company. Only question is if he has a candidate allready. If so, we will see filings very soon. If not, we will have to wait a bit longer. But I'm quite sure WTMK will be a big winner some day.
