Well you can't subpoena their tax records for more than the past three years but you don't need to subpoena the individuals, they will all willingly be there if this goes to trial. Everybody who was actually there 14 years ago knows the truth and will tell it. All those shareholder meetings back in 2000 for DFI and DFMI were videotaped, that will be in court too. Not good news for the lies being spun now.
Jay you've now see DFI President Simpson's own words about who owns the codec. Did you know there's dozens more documents from him and Haskins saying the same thing already on file at the court house?
There's another email where Simpson says EXACTLY where the merger document has been filed. But I'll make you wait for that one.
