The APT executives ACQUIRED series C and E preferred shares according to form 4s.

This means that these preferred shares will need to be filled by DRAWING from the O/S
( as no conversion from the A/S has been indicated)

If my interpretation is correct then the O/S does her reduced significantly!

And by more for each additional form 4 distribution filed

My "good try" got the answer I needed TYVM.

So did "KaiLong Global Investments Limited" actually "buy" the 219,912,563 common shares of FROZ --and-- was the date "3/31/2014" as appears on the FORM 3?

Reason I ask is the stock closed at .011 that day.
