I spoke to the YTRV CEO right before the market had closed today. I truly believe that he is a good guy, but either he got misled from whoever sold him the YTRV entity or some huge miscommunication had transpired between the parties involved. The first question I had was... What happened to the 500 Million Authorized Shares that you told me was the correct amount the initial time we spoke?
He told me that he was using a number based on the paperwork that was given to him from the party that he bought the company from. He said that when he had matched the info with what the Transfer Agent had, he said that the info that the Transfer Agent had was correct after going back to coordinate with all parties involved. The true amount is 2.4 Billion shares and not 500 Million shares for the Authorized Shares amount.
