No I didnt list them all or exclude them all...just a cursory list of the biggest using the EURO dollar, Poland, Hungary England, Switzerland are not on the Euro but are part of the EU. I dont have a complete list and its not really important to the discussion anyway. It was a misinterpretation of the terminology being used in regards to EUR which was quickly cleared up.
