The Company is heavily pursuing the acquisition of multiple commercial properties. Because of the Company’s industry knowledge and experience, these properties can be filled with relative ease. Owners of dispensaries and recreational stores are looking for more grow space, either to serve their own customers or to sell wholesale to other undersupplied merchants. The Denver Post reports owners are paying over $17 and $18 per square foot, with current quotes going even higher (that’s 4 times the price of commercial space not suited for marijuana establishments). With its knowledge and contacts the Company is positioned to be a dominant player in the recreational marijuana industry in Colorado.
