Should SVFC be going after damages caused by the stock price drop, or is a class action lawsuit of the shareholders at the time the damage was done, or both? I think at a minimum, there could be a class action lawsuit by stock holders prior to the inappropriate announcement of the sale.

SVFC's legal team has done an outstanding job in representing them...no reason to think they will stop now...when the fun is just beginning:)

In my opinion, SVFC wil not go after Ironridge for damages for two reasons - 1) Ironidge is not a US company & 2) Legal battle too costly.

The reason the share price is so low is the fact tht the YA deal is casting a dark shadow over us
