LONDON, March 15 (Reuters) - Spot silver rose sharply in Europe on Wednesday, hitting a new 22-year high of $10.35 an ounce amid speculative buying linked to talk that an exchange-traded fund will be launched soon, traders said.
Spot <XAG=> was later quoted at $10.31/10.34 an ounce, up from New York's $10.20/10.23.
