But in todays market with all the reserve scandals, trying to sell P10 as P90 won't do you any good.

The excellent position for ERHC is that she does not have to sell these P10 = go to the market to raise capital. If she would, it would be difficult to sell the P10's. First Calgary Petroleum (TSX and AIM) is an excellent example of this.
