true and whats also impressive besides the low OS the AS is only 100m shares. It has been at this level since 2003 despite a couple failed attemps . These guys dont give away shares

lets not forget the AS. We all know the OS is only 50m but the AS is only 100m. I read back in filings to 2003. The AS has remained the same during that entire period. This is not a group that hands out shares.
