It states they will enter into a definitive agreement. It says this very clearly.

jrod...Yep. If it is decided to be mutually beneficial, and we can only assume it will be, there will be a new agreement. I wish I could say it would come this week, but I personally doubt it. Could take a lot longer than most people think. Execs at CC have a lot of other issues to contend with, and probably don't follow GZFX quite as closely as we do. ;-P
