No, the intention was to operate A-Cent Florida as a satellite of A-Cent Colorado, which is a perfectly legitimate set-up. That was per Mr. Cirmo the day I met him at Herlong. Atlantic was to continue as a Part 61 "school" (although I disagree that you can call a Part 61 operation a "school" but maybe that's just semantics).

The operating certificate is Denver's, so there must be an operation within the Denver FSDO's jurisdiction to continue with that certificate.

Mr. Cirmo was the only person that gave the outfit any legitimacy. If he's really departed, then the last shred of QASP's legitimacy has gone with him.
