He said in in a phone call I had with him 2 days ago. I posted it then. He said he didn't want to overcommit but he was working with the CPA and attorney to get all issues regarding the status of the stock fixed by next Friday. Take it for what it is worth remains to be seen if it actually happens. I for one hope it does as the cease trade order has cost me money.
