Ms. Francisco is currently in charge of the development, management and opening of the new FAA Part 141 flight school located in Pennsylvania. This location is being set up to conduct the training of foreign students to become commercial pilots. The location is waiting on the FAA to conduct its final inspection so it can officially open.
