Jim I've been reading yours and others posts but I am still lost and I cannot keep up with all these posts.

I've owned shares for years here with a break even of .005 and totally forgot about them till I noticed this go way up.

I did hear about flexpower and the merger. My question is I keep noticing you saying there will be a reverse split, how is this good news? It's usually never good news. So why would this stock want to go up?



Any and all information you or anyone else could give me to get me up to date would be great.
