Of course they're registered in Florida, because their A-Cent Aviation school in Colorado was sold to Falcon Aircraft Inc. And based on when the google results updated their Google+ accounts, it looks like Falcon Air acquired it sometime in late March/early April. This means that when folks were saying Vigil was traveling to Co. partially to sell off some failed assets in the beginning of April, I and many others should have listened to them.
