DB of course. A P & D this is. First they increased a/s back to 2.5 billion. Then when flight school was no longer working to dump the shares. She pulled out the play book old CEO's she worked with taught her. Also because no matter how many common dumped prefers still control this and do another r/s later. The MJ pump is just a third industry attempt to sell shares. First it was all the big aerospace deals. Second years ago how flight school would expand and do 3 million a year etc. All the time QASP increasing a/s and maxing them out with r/s along the way.
