MODC is not revoked. The SEC has not revoked it. MODC is the stock. It is the company, Modern Technology Corp., that has a revoked status with the Nevada Secretary of State. The stock, MODC, is not revoked, which is why it still trades. MODC is still on the OTC Pink Sheets.
