i love this guy, if he is a crook, he really just keeps saying by all the pr's and media, "catch me if you can" (which they will and can!), but because of his boldness (and all his investor friends 30 cent shares), he is going for it because he believes in the company, lets not forget, real estate is in most cases a sure thing.......just keep it above sea level! good luck all!
