Can't open it, but if that's the case, don't think this will have any effect. If they can't even get their facts straight, then we should know which side to go with. Looks like this is a buy at these levels for a sale at the 1.20's. Seem like the only ones making money here are the traders. Rinse, and repeat, till we get any validation or contract which ever comes first.
If Yoshi has fill out the form, it would be good news for us.
Fred's 90 days expired without him selling, see if he files another form, I hope he does, it shouldn't be long before we see some signed contracts then.
I wonder what they would be selling the shares at, somewhere between $3.00 and $5.00 I would think. I would sell some at $5.00
