E-Trade does NOT accept transfer of ANY OTC - PENNY stocks. I just heard from the horses mouth. This is a pathetic act of commerce. TDA said that DTC can place a freeze on stock and not even give a reason why or when it will be released . We are in a MASSIVE waiting GAME. GLTA
