If you look at the history of this company's stock, the P&D doesn't always work. They pull some sort of PR campaign two, three, four times a year and half the time the campaign fails to do nothing but manifest a blip. If you check the PR record you can see it. One never knows how good the run is going to be or if it is even going to be worthwhile. You have to be in the in to know how much of a campaign they will be issuing. And by the way, many of these "insiders" either got their shares for free or paid less than $0.01, sometimes much less.
