Yes, it does have an interesting start. I haven't read all the post on this board so maybe what I am about to post might have already been outlined. If so, sorry.

First, I came across this stock because of another stock on ihub, so I did some DD.

Greenway Technology was the origin of this stock. Greenway Technology acquired Andalusian Resorts, LLC in 2012

Andalusian Resorts, LLC, was started in NV in July 2012

So it does make one wonder why so much was paid for a company that wasn't even a year old.

The Company acquired Andalusian for 2,000,000 shares of its preferred stock valued at $750,000. "

So for awhile it was under the ticker GWYT. It didn't do much, there was a site that was started for Andalusian Resort and Spa (and a FB) but it didn't do much until the newest change

That's the background I found with a bit of searching. I have also found some info on the Senior VP.
