MDNT has very wise advisors on there board & Merriman Capital so this doesn't make any sense to me either. I believe the Company is hedging to make additional capital (Shapiro, cronies, etc.) at this time. I believe once all there ducks are lined up they will let this run to its true valuation & beyond. All part of the grand master scheme. IMO
