So, post the DD to prove your statements. It can only help raise the sp so the sellers can get a higher price.

1mm in revenues is meaningless. As I recall, the same boast was made when they acquired A-cent, and they still continued to dilute like a wild banchee to cover operating losses.

If there were ANY profits from those revenues, they would have been put in the PR.

As it stands, the ONLY rational conclusion is that the business is NOT profitable, and that's why they jumped so quickly on whatever offer Q made to them.
