Worst case scenario they loose their license and walk away with some cash.
I have no idea where this will be long term. But I don't think we will be at current levels for long.
The new PM has been focusing primarily on bringing investment into kyrgyzstan, hopefully they use Stans as a sign to show the rest of the world they are open for business.
