course with me, as i dont have any AGI warrents, i hope that they expire worthless! even tho that means that AGI hangs back behind the others as gold and the HUI surges ahead pulling the quality juniors with it (see JSMineset commentary for may 16) - the jist of which is that the greenspanbuck has fallen below support at .945 and hello .92 and 400 gold! remember, as i have stated before this puppy is my families biggest holding (by far) and im holding for the long term - the others will be traded not this one. remember greshams law? well it applies to shares too! (or at least it should) hoard the best trade the rest. this one is a guaranteed double (do i hear four banger?) in a year, with a pog of 400 or better. patience m'laddies chester and crew are doing a GOOD job: website, future amex listing, public relations company, drilling of other targets, preliminary work on minesite, ejido relationship improvements (including hiring a specialist on such matters), insider purchases on OPEN market, and confirmed (?) bottom in the share price. what more do you need to inspire confidence? i bought some more this week (for my wife) from some fool that thinks there are better plays. my wife thinks chatrooms are a waste of time says these boards are boring, i replied whats boring about making money? huh?

This ejido issue is just a matter of efficiency. It's an absolute key for a mining company to just use land that will be actually mined or explored. The primary point to be made to the locals is that over time as the district gets explored out and developed, the payments will accelerate much higher. In fact, if they play their cards right (understand the nature of the development) they will get a windfall. They need to really be cautious about the the short sighted stuff. AGI should be selling (and is I'm sure) the long term benefits and vision.
