re: (Attachments: # 1 Exhibit 1 (VA Order))
Micron didn't buy that plant in Manassas for nothing, and the expansion insures Judge Payne's parochial favor. With this order, Judge Payne is going head-to-head with Judge Jordan purely for the benefit of Micron, and not in the interests of justice as he claims. Not sure who will win. Ms. Graham wrote a fine letter, but it reads like a desperate plea. That Micron has influence in Virginia is a given. The question is, does Micron have influence in Delaware. Nothing has changed. The spotlight is on Judge Jordan.

"Judge Jordan is center stage, in the spotlight, poised to deliver his next line to a hushed audience on the edge of its collective seat, with His Nibs stage left in the shadows, snickering, awaiting his dastardly entrance."
North versus South redux.

Judge Payne has attacked Judge Jordan's left flank. Smoke fills the air. Sound the bugle, the battle is on. Let's hope history repeats itself and the Union prevails.
Just my opinion.
