He has to explain these same issues sooner than later. I would assume. Or the stock will drop under.01
Does he have to explain the unexplained? What Duncan needs to keep it above 01 is some more fluffy new PRs.
For example issue a PR geologists have arrived on the Stairs property to drill core samplings. PR #2, a week later "promising" core samples have been sent off. PR #3: There's silver-gold in em hills! Maybe some garbage assay numbers included. Keep everything generic.
That might create enough speculative excitement for Duncan's hired gun to keep the Ask above 01. Maybe good enough for a quick flip trade if it runs above 02 for a few weeks.
So does Duncan have to explain any current issue in a 10Q, more or less on the record to keep it above 01? A few PRs diverting attention away could work, and help Duncan's hired gun. And that's the real mystery for TRII so far in 2014. Why isn't Duncan helping his hired gun out with a few innocent fluffy generic PRs? Guess we'll have to wait to see if he becomes more chatty after the 10Q.
