Husky, I listened to the entire interview. Bill never once mentioned HC asked him to espedite the build out. Bill did say they would be required to provide HC with two weeks notice they were ready for inspection and he anticipated that being the third or fourth week of May. If the inspection did take place yesterday Bills estimation would have been on the money but nothing else in there would raise an eyebrow.
The shareholder video is quite long and the only contentious point comes at 4:30 when Bill states it was the town who leaked the information about their deal to the media, something the town refutes, and something to which Kirk Foran took a great deal of exception to.
Just Bills love of hyperbole at work, particularly if it is being said to a largely non-Canadian audience - I mean, who is going to check?
