Thats all good. Look at me last week. I decided to hold $MAT Calls over the weekend into today and it paid off, I went into the weekend down on that position. Not by much, just a nickel down on my option price. But she easily got into the money today and stayed there and continued up. Sometimes u just have to hold something u dont really want to hold into the next trading day. Usually it pays off.
