I submit that elux will be approved and not scheduled. At the current pre-market price of 104, the stock is a buy.

FRX-FURX—It’s unusual for a company that it itself being acquired (FRX) to make a $1B+ acquisition of its own while the other deal is pending, but these are unusual times, evidently.
