I see the same. I also see Friday's $BPENER at 32.10. The last time it was in this range and made a low of 30.38 was Oct 10th '05. The recent high of 96.30 was made on Jan 24th '06. During that time period, XLE moved from $45.53 to $56.51.

I'm getting bullish on XLE, ENPIX and DBC. And I wouldn't be surprised to see FLS move a lot higher too.
