Buddy, I have traded this symbol 2 years ago already when it had some pumps, before it got totally quiet. I always had it on my screen during that time just like 200 other stocks.
I just made that statement because you implied I wouldn't know what a RM is. I think I do this a bit longer than you. Just a hunch.
If you are so confident, you might want to get some bids in, the highest I see is at 0036. :-)
